POPIS PROJEKTU (Description):

Cílem projektu je vývoj nového produktu na bázi tkáně pupečníku, který se bude využívat při rekonstrukční operaci při přetržení Achillovy šlachy. Hypotézou mechanismu účinku pro nově vyvíjený produktu je efektivní zkrácení doby rekonvalescence pacienta, zabránění opětovné ruptury šlachy a celkové regenerace postižené oblasti bez následků.
The aim of the project is to develop a new product based on umbilical cord tissue, which will be used in the reconstruction operation of the Achilles tendon rupture. The hypothesis of the mechanism of action for the newly developed product is an effective shortening of the patient's recovery time, prevention of re-rupture of the tendon and overall regeneration of the affected area without consequences.
